“I never want another job for the rest of my life”
This was my personal resolution when I left my last full-time role. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with the “job” - I should know, I’ve had some good ones from senior management consultant at Deloittes to special effects software developer. But there comes a time for some of us when a fixed position with a company can no longer contain all our passions and interests

I now have a “Portfolio career” which includes consultancy on future technology strategy for broadcasters around the world, personal and corporate coaching, and a number of creative projects. My creative projects have spanned freelance writing, creating a radio jingle, involvement with a national medical charity, and standup comedy. Most recently, my proposal for a documentary on Optimism has been shortlisted by BBC Radio 4

I am an accredited Life and Business Coach awarded an Advanced Diploma with Distinction from the Coaching Academy. As a coach, my two greatest interests are helping people create “Freestyle” careers and helping individuals and businesses develop their creativity
